The invention relates to medicine, in particular to modular knee joint endoprosthesis. The endoprosthesis comprises rod-ends freely posed on femur and tibia with their parts consolelike projected out from the foot and connected by fastening screws. The axial slot of rectangular shape in a cross section made on the console part of one of rod-ends, and on the console part of the other rod-end there is a lug, entering into mentioned slot. At that screws are hollow and are installed in such a manner that their threaded part are alternate between themselves on the different sides from longitudinal axis of the slot.
