<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pipe heat sink having high heat radiating performance, integrally inexpensively manufacturable only by lamination, capable of easily and surely closing a refrigerant injection port part, and easily installable even in a narrow space. <P>SOLUTION: This heat sink 1 is provided by integrating a heat radiating fin 3 into a base part 2, by being turned into a heat pipe by a refrigerant sealed in its cavity part, by arranging the cavity part sealed in the base part 2. The laminated-junction planar heat pipe heat sink 1 is characterized by being brazed and joined by being formed in a heat sink shape by laminating a perforated plate member provided with a hole for forming the cavity part, a plate member with a cutout by arranging the cutout for forming the cavity part and the refrigerant injection port part, a hole for forming an outside plate member and the cavity part and the heat radiating fin 3 provided with an inner fin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
