PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling damper which is capable of extending a product life and hardly causes permanent set in fatigue, distortion and crack. SOLUTION: In the coupling damper composed of a rubber-like elastic body which is attached to a recessed part provided for either a driving side rotation member or a driven side rotation member and is engaged with a claw provided for the other rotation member and is compressed between an inner surface of the recessed part and a claw in a rotation direction for performing damping action when both the rotation members relatively rotate, a second elastic body 11 having a spring constant smaller than that of the rubber-like elastic body forming the damper 1 is provided in the damper 1. The rubber-like elastic body forming the damper 1 is a solid urethane and the second elastic body 11 is a foamed urethane.
