PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-cabin lighting device with a compact and simple constitution capable of performing illumination by two kinds of lights having different irradiation range. SOLUTION: The in-cabin lighting device is provided with a movable type light source unit becoming at a first position in the first state and becoming at a second position in the second state; and a light diffusion member provided at a position where a light of the light source unit in the first state is irradiated. When the light source unit is in the first state, the light emitted from the light source unit is externally irradiated after it is irradiated to the diffusion member, and an illumination light in a wide range is obtained. Accordingly, the illumination light in a wider range is obtained when the light source unit is in the first state as compared with when the light source unit is in the second state.
