PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom bed cultivation method for mushroom having a large and excellent form and palate feeling with chewiness, to provide mushroom herbaceous cutting useful for the cultivation method, and to provide a mushroom bed cultivation culture medium having a transplanted herbaceous cutting, and suitable for mushroom bed cultivation. SOLUTION: This mushroom bed cultivation method includes the step of transplanting the isolated mushroom herbaceous cutting in the mushroom bed cultivation culture medium. The isolated mushroom herbaceous cutting used for the cultivation method is provided. The mushroom bed cultivation culture medium having the transplanted herbaceous cutting is also provided.
