A harmful insect capturing apparatus is provided, which enables a user to directly open or shield the light irradiated from the outside to allure harmful insect. A harmful insect capturing apparatus comprises: a body housing(110) equipped with an inlet port through which a harmful insect comes in and out; an induction unit(120) which is installed in the body housing and irradiates the light for alluring harmful insect; a capture unit(130) which is installed inside the body housing and catches the harmful insect induced through the light irradiated from the induction unit; and a shielding unit(140) which is installed in the body housing and selectively shields a part of the light irradiated from the induction unit.
