<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asbestos treatment system which, firstly, reduces the burden of cost of heat energy, secondly, can treat a large volume, thirdly, surely effects the detoxifying treatment, fourthly, further has excellence in safety and, fifthly, discharges as slug utilizable for a recycling material and the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the detoxifying treatment system of an asbestos waste material A including asbestos, it has a pretreatment means 1, a main treatment means 2 and posttreatment means 3. A melting furnace 12 of the pretreatment means 1 crushes the incorporated asbestos waste material A and makes an admixture C by blending a melting point lowering agent B such as borax and the like. The main treatment means 2 pyrolyzes the admixture C of the asbestos waste material A with low temperature and then discharges the same as slug F by conducting the melting, vitrification and non-fiberization. The posttreatment means 3 utilizes the discharged exhaust gas for heating and purifies the same. The system is also possible to mount on automobiles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
