PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of making a flicker correction with less errors even if there is movement in illumination of imaging environment and in an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus 100 generates an image signal rid of flicker components by acquiring an image A signal not including flicker components and an image B signal including flicker components in each frame by an imaging part 1, computing a correction factor for eliminating the flicker components included in the image B signal, from the image A signal and image B signal by an image B gain computing part 3, eliminating the flicker components from the image B signal with the correction factor by an image B gain correction part 5, and then mixing the image A signal and image B signal by an image A/B mixing part 6.
