PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged quantity distribution measuring device and a charged quantity distribution measuring method, capable of sampling a charged particulate without disturbing an air current of a charged quantity distribution measuring part, in charged quantity distribution measurement of a gravitational precipitation type. SOLUTION: This charged quantity distribution measuring device 1 has a charged quantity distribution measuring part 100, a particulate sampling part 200 and a particulate dispersing part 600. The charged quantity distribution measuring part 100 measures a distribution characteristic of a charged quantity of the introduced charged corpuscle. The particulate sampling part 200 is arranged on the charging quantity distribution measuring part 100. The particulate sampling part 200 introduces the charged particulate into the charged quantity distribution measuring part 100 while collecting the charged particulate. The particulate dispersing part 600 is arranged on the particulate sampling part 200.
