PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently cut a joint of a concrete structure, and to increase adhesive strength and water-stop in the joint of the concrete structure by efficiently infiltrating an adhesive and a water-stop material into the section of the joint of the concrete structure. SOLUTION: After a concrete joint is cut using a rotary blade for cutting a concrete joint, wherein a triangular projection blade is formed from the bottom of a U-cut blade, the concrete joint is processed by filling an adhesive or a water stop material therein.
