This film comprises aromatic polyamide and/or aromatic polyimide, in which maximum and minimum values Pmax, Pmin of degree of orientation and an average degree of orientation Pavr determined on the basis of a Raman spectrum in the cross-sectional direction of the film shall satisfy the expression, (PmaxPmin)/Pavr<=1.0.
