PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag in the form of a pillow, which can be opened by being torn straight over the entire width of the bag. SOLUTION: After a printing layer is laminated on a base material layer formed from a single layer film, a straight perforation line is formed such that a series of many tiny holes with a predetermined space between the adjacent ones are made through both the layers over the entire width of the bag and perpendicular to the flowing direction of the content. Thus, a printed film with the perforation line is formed. Formed on the printing layer of this film is a laminated material formed from an adhesive resin layer, an intermediate film layer having a linear tearing characteristics perpendicular to the flowing direction, and a sealant layer. A lateral seal part is perpendicularly formed on one end of the folded-back parts formed at both sides, and an open edge is perpendicularly formed at the other end. A joint seal is formed parallel to and between the folded-back parts of both the sides. Thus, a packaging bag with the joint seal is formed. In the packaging bag, the perforation line extends near to the open edge, from the one folded-back part to the other folded-back part, and parallel to the open edge. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
