A massage chair and a driving method of the massage chair are provided, which enables a user to receive massage in the various postures. A massage chair comprises: a back support frame(100) in which a seat back connecting member is fixed to both sides of the bottom part; a supporting frame(200) including the front and rear frames and the side frame connected to the front frame and the rear frame; and a saddle frame(300) which is connected to the seat back connecting member and slides on the side frame.
