A cover tube and a pipe facility for air-conditioner having the same are provided to prevent the condensation from occurring on the exterior of the cover tube enclosing the air-conditioner pipe whereby protuberances are formed on the outermost layer of the cover tube body having a plurality of material layers. A cover tube comprises a cover tube body having a hollow cavity(111) and made of a plurality of material layers of different thicknesses. The material layers of the cover body includes a polypropylene layer(110) arranged after the hollow cavity, a polyethylene layer(120) arranged after the polypropylene layer, and an outermost projection layer(130) arranged as the outside surface of the cover body in order to extend the air contact area.
