SYSTEM AND METHOD OF OFFERING SERVICE USING POSITION INFORMATION

A service providing system and a method using location information are provided to supply a service and drive a system remotely, thereby increasing service supply efficiency at a predetermined area. A portable terminal module(Dn) comprises a display module(11), a GPS(Global Positioning System) receiving module(12), an RFD(Reduce Function Device) Zigbee module(13) and a portable power module(14). The display module displays message information from a management system module. The GPS receiving module receives navigation information from an artificial satellite and generates a location signal for indicating its location. The RFD Zigbee module transmits the location signal from the GPS receiving module to the router(RUn) by using Zigbee wireless telecommunication. The RFD Zigbee module supplies the massage information from the management system module to the display module. The management system module comprises the FFD(Full Function Device) Zigbee module(22), a computer(21) and an RS-232 driver(23). The FFD Zigbee module controls a second RF transceiviing circuit unit(17) and a plurality of portable terminal modules through bothway communications by supporting a Zigbee communications protocol. The computer displays a location of each portable terminal module according to the location signal from the plural portable terminal modules, and generates a control signal including message information. The RS-232 driver performs serial communications between the computer and the FFD Zigbee module.
