A writing instrument is provided to prevent the damage, contamination, drying and evaporation of a writing member when the writing member is not used. A writing instrument comprises a case(2) provided with an aperture; a writing member(4) which is formed at the case so as to enter the aperture; and a opening/closing unit(6) which is connected with the writing member to open the aperture of the case if the writing member is projected from the case. |
