This device consists of two small component parts 1, 2 that when added to standard banksticks 3, 4, 5 can be assembled to convert them into a rod pod to support angler's fishing rods. The two components are end junction pieces 1, 2 which fit together with five banksticks 3, 4, 5. One of the end junction pieces 1 has a hole (8, fig.3) to house a standard bankstick 5, with a thumb screw (7, fig. 3) or Tommy bar to secure it in place, the other end of this central bankstick 5 being screwed into the male end junction piece 2 to form a central support. Front and rear buzzer bars 6, 7 for supporting the fishing rods 8 may then be screwed into the top of the component parts 1, 2 and locked in place with locking collars (1, fig.1). |
