A fermentor for processing organic waste is provided to supply enough evenly air necessary to ferment the compost by preventing an air injection hole of an air supply pipe from being blocked by leachate. A fermentor for processing organic waste contains stirring facility. Air necessary to ferment compost is supplied to inner side of the compost. A center reentrant groove is formed into a slope by making one side high and the other side low in a longitudinal direction of the center reentrant groove(101) and a floor of a fermentor. A plurality of secondary reentrant grooves(102) are formed in a right angle direction of the center reentrant groove. The secondary reentrant groove has a slipway in order to make lateral wall surface become high and a part connected to the center reentrant groove become low.
