A medicine management system in which, in order to prevent a medicine known as the one which may cause a severe side effect when a specific patient takes it from being delivered to the specific patient, it is judged whether or not information from the prescribing doctor, the patient, and the pharmacist all registered in the system respectively satisfies a delivery condition, and the result is notified. Records can be made for individual information providers not listed in directories and IVRs.
