[PROBLEMS] To provide a system enabling an increase of the number of Web site visitors of a bulletin board site of a poser-specific general-purpose electronic bulletin board system without needing any advertisement cost and an increase of the number of postings to the bulletin board site of the purpose-limited electronic bulletin board system. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An electronic bulletin board server comprises a receiving section for receiving posting data from a terminal, a storage section for storing electronic bulletin board data by users and recipient information on each electronic bulletin board managed by another server and allowing multiposting, a posted-content registering section for registering the content of the received posting data in the electronic bulletin board data corresponding to the poster, and a posted data transmitting section for creating posted data including the content of the received posting data and access information on the access by the poster to the electronic bulletin board, acquiring recipient information corresponding to identification information included in the posting data from the storage section, and transmitting the posted data to the recipient corresponding to the acquired recipient information.
