3D MEASURING APPARATUS FOR CAMERA USING MEASURMENT PROBE OF ORIGIN CORRECTION

A 3D measuring device for correcting a starting point of a measuring probe by a camera is provided to precisely correct the starting point of a laser probe, which measures height, in the mechanical manner. A measuring probe includes camera probe(10) obtains the images of a certain subject and a laser probe measuring the height profile of the subject. A moving unit(30) moves a measuring frame. A coordinate system is mounted at a side of a base for correcting the starting point of the camera probe. A camera(50) is mounted on the bottom surface of the coordinate system for correcting the starting point of the laser probe. An operation part(60) determines a relative distance value between the corrected starting points according to the coordinates of the starting point. A control part(70) moves the laser probe according to the relative distance value.
