A crush apparatus is provided to cut easily material by ramifying the cut material of the brittle material substrates including the glass substrate etc. in a short time to a same size. A crush apparatus(200) comprises a pair of rotation shafts(34, 35, 41, 42), a driving part and a carry-in part. The rotation shafts are formed in an outer circumference of an axis along a longitudinal direction. The driving part rotates the rotation shafts in a reverse direction so that a rotation phase of the fracture member is different. The carry-in part carries a brittle material substrate in an axis direction and a vertical direction of a rotation shaft. The rotation shaft is in parallel arranged in order to have the regular interval so that a locus of each fracture member is overlapped.
