摘要 <p>The present invention relates to robot motion and to provision of robot motion paths based on predetermined paths stored in a path database. In one scenario, an item is to be moved from a starting point to an end point. When the starting point is not equal to a starting point corresponding to a predetermined path in the path database, a path is selected from the path database based on a selection criterion that depends on the starting point of the item. Subsequently, an adapted path is calculated based on the selected path. The adapted path is useful for moving the item from the starting point to the end point. A robot and robot circuitry are also provided.</p>
