PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable landing device for an elevator for performing maintenance simultaneously with maintenance of the elevator, without restricting design of the doorway periphery. SOLUTION: This movable landing device for the elevator is arranged in the elevator for coping with intermediate base isolation, by forming a hoistway in a building body of a base part and a base isolation building body supported by the building body of the base part via a base isolation device, arranging a plurality of movable hoistway frames 6 in the hoistway, and arranging a boarding-alighting passage between the building body and the movable hoistway frames. The movable landing device for the elevator has a fixed floorboard 20 arranged on the building body side of the boarding-alighting passage, a movable floor 24 arranged on the movable hoistway frame side of the boarding-alighting passage and arranged so as to be always superposed on an upper surface of the fixed floorboard, and a cylindrical hood 31 expanding in a bellows shape containing the fixed floorboard and the movable floor and having both ends respectively fixed so that smoke does not pass through the building body and the movable hoistway frames.
