PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of preventing a user's fingers or pubic hair from adhering to an adhesive part of the heating device when the heating device is attached to or detached from the inner face of panties. SOLUTION: The heating device 10 comprises an air-permeable first face 13 located on the side closer to the skin of the user, a second face 14 located on the side apart from the skin of the user, and a heating part 11 interposed between these faces. The heating device 10 has upper and lower edges 10a and 10b extending in the cross direction and left and right side edges 10c and 10d extending in the vertical direction, and is longer in the cross direction. Adhesive parts 16a and 16b for fixing the heating device 10 to the clothes are disposed on the outer surface of the second face 14. The adhesive parts 16a and 16b are disposed on areas other than a center strip-shaped area A extending in the vertical direction along the center line C<SB>L</SB>extending in the vertical direction of the heating deice 10 and reaching the upper and lower edges, an upper strip-shaped area B extending in the cross direction along the upper edge and reaching the left and right side edges, or a lower strip-shaped area C extending in the cross direction along the lower edge from the center of the lower edge to the left and right side edges.
