发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIQUID DROPLET INJECTION DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an optimal driving signal by evaluating an actual characteristic for each of the configurations which inject two kinds of liquid droplets and demand different injection characteristics. SOLUTION: An ink-jet printer is equipped with a flow path unit which has a nozzle for injecting a black and color inks and an ink channel leading to the nozzle, a piezoelectric actuator having a driver for injecting a liquid in the ink channel from the nozzle and a driver IC for applying a driving signal to the piezoelectric actuator. The manufacturing method of the ink-jet printer is for manufacturing the flow path unit and the piezoelectric actuator. For each of the black and color inks, the nozzle diameter, ink channel resistance and driver capacitance are measured. From these measurement results, the nozzle rank, channel rank and capacitance rank are determined. The pulse waveform of the driving signal is determined from these ranks.
