<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an incentive to immediately cope with an abnormality when the abnormality occurs in production, and to prevent a staff from overlooking the abnormality when the abnormality occurs in production. <P>SOLUTION: A warning including information which notifies that an abnormality or a possibility of the abnormality occurs and can notify a production facility in which the abnormality of the possibility of the abnormality occurs is used to notify a plurality of management staff of the abnormality of the production facility or the possibility of the abnormality in an area where the plurality of staff who manage a plurality of production facilities are resident on condition that production abnormalities or the possibilities of the abnormalities are detected in the plurality of production facilities (S101 to S109).
