<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small motor with a speed reduction mechanism capable of improving the transmission strength of internal teeth of respective small diameter gears of a pair of counter gears and an output gear. <P>SOLUTION: This motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism has a motor shaft 12 of exposing a pair of worms 13 and 13' formed in a gear case 11 by mutually setting the torsional direction of a screw in the inverse direction, the pair of counter gears 40 and 40 having a larger diameter gear 41 arranged by sandwiching the motor shaft and respectively meshing with the pair of worms and the small diameter gear 45 integrally formed in the large diameter gear, the output gear having the cylindrical internal teeth 52 meshed with the respective small diameter gears of this pair of counter gears and forming an output shaft 50, a gear case cover 30 covering the gear case, and a bearing 26 arranged in a bottom part 23a of the gear case 20.
