<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately confirm the information of each merchandise shown by in-store codes separately applied and used among a plurality of stores without being unified. <P>SOLUTION: A code management server 10 is provided with a code management device DB 11 for storing code management information including: a merchandise identification code (manufacture code) to be applied to merchandise when the merchandise is produced or manufactured, and to be updated each time use materials are updated; and an in-store code to be applied to merchandise shown by the merchandise identification code in each retail chain, and not to be updated according to the update of the use materials. The code management server 10 accepts the designation of the in-store code applied to the merchandise to be retrieved, retrieves code management information including the stored in-store code, specifies a merchandise identification code included in the retrieved code management information, acquires a merchandise cart by using the specified merchandise identification code, and outputs merchandise information shown by the acquired merchandise chart. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
