<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio tag communication apparatus improved in reliability capable of reducing a probability of capturing wrong data caused by an effect of noise etc. without expanding a circuit scale at a radio tag side and without increasing cost accompanied by the enlargement of a circuit scale. <P>SOLUTION: For response data received from a radio tag, a decoding error check is performed on each of data (S102), and a CRC error check is performed (S106).
