PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To navigate a return destination after user registration for every user. A browsing site and service are thereby provided easily to the user with continuity thereof, since guiding the user to a specified service screen requesting the user registration to receive the service by the user displayed in a site browsing interruption point or service use interruption point, even when site browsing or service use is interrupted (session is interrupted) in a process of accessing the confirming URL described in the electronic mail and of executing subject confirmation or registration settlement work, by the user.
