PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate lever operation and bending double work of newspapers; to realize an easy confirmation of a brand name in the dark; To reduce risk of driving a motorbike; to prevent vehicular theft; to achieve an easy parking work. SOLUTION: In a box body having a concave gap on one side face, newpapers are stored in stacking manner with their headline sides toward the concave gap side and with their folded parts standing upright from a bottom face of the box body. A front regulatory part and a discharge part being openable and closable from either side of the concave gap is formed on the side of the concave gap in the box body. Further, a rear regulatory part is formed in opposite side of the front regulatory part, and a biasing member is provided for biasing both of the front and rear regulatory parts. A length of the biasing member is adjusted such that the rear regulatory part can closely contact the front regulatory part. The front regulatory part has a deeper regulatory angle than that of the rear regulatory part such that newspapers stored and stacked in the box body can be separated near the discharge part. Moreover, the box body is equipped with several hooks through which a cable having a lock mechanism is put so that number of box bodies can be linked via the cable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
