METHOD FOR PREVENTION OF SAND PRODUCTION TO HORIZONTAL WELL

The invention relates to oil-and-gas industry, in particular technology of prevention of sand production to horizontal well drilled in loose and weakly cemented rocks. Method for prevention of sand production to horizontal well includes implementation of geo-physical studies of not cased stem of well, with determination of interval for implementation of perforation operations, injection to well with use of call-tubing installation at minimal rate of strengthening agent, with implementation of technological soaking. As strengthening agent one uses thickened water solution to which mix of metal dust and bentonite powder is added at ratio 1:1, at that volume of the mix is not more than 30 % of volume of thickened water solution. To thicken water solution one uses polyacrylamide and adds surface-active substance. This provides fixation of critical area of formation of productive bed and formation of protective layer on the walls of the well in interval of productive bed in horizontal wells with large length of shaft.
