An improved signal receiving circuit for fast signal transfer is provided to prevent signal distortion and to improve the receipt performance of RF(Radio Frequency) signals. An improved signal receiving circuit(200) for fast signal transfer comprises a signal processing part(220), a board part(210), and a parasitic capacitance offset part(240). The signal processing part comprises a terminating resistor(221). The board part comprises a signal transfer part(230) which forwards a signal, transmitted from the external, to the signal processing part. The parasitic capacitance offset part, formed on the board part, cancels parasitic capacitance which exists at the signal processing part. The parasitic capacitance offset part comprises an inductor(241) which is connected with the terminating resistor in parallel.
