A one-way power transmitting apparatus is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of the power transmitting apparatus by using a low-friction planar gear and a one-way clutch. A first spur gear(110) is coupled with an input shaft(100). Second and third spur gears(120,130) are mated with the first spur gear, such that the rotation power of the input shaft is delivered to a one-way clutch. Shafts(125,135) are coupled with the spur gears. One-way clutches(160,170) are arranged with the shaft to be rotated in opposite rotation directions. A fourth spur gear(180) is mated with one of the one-way clutches, when the one-way clutches are rotated with respect to each other. An output shaft(200) is coupled with the fourth spur gear and delivers the rotation power in one direction.
