FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of fabricating pipeline insulated sleeve joint consists in producing branch pipes from metal pipe sections with fitting insulator at the joint between said branch pipes, fitting adapter representing a pipe made from composite dielectric material between the said branch pipes with tape wound up on branch pipe surface using a curable glue applied thereon, winding up steel wire on wound tape material before the said curable glue gets hardened and unwinding said wire after glue gates cured. It also comprises subjecting the adapter outer surface to machining and applying thereon another layer of glue for metal sleeve to be fitted thereon. ^ EFFECT: higher strength of insulator joint between metal branch pipes. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg |
