FIELD: paint and varnish coverings. ^ SUBSTANCE: luminescent enamel contains a mix of solutions of two film-forming components - 50% solution polymethylphenylsiloxane pitch in toluene and 15% solution of a butyl methacrylate copolymer and methacrylic acid or a butyl methacrylate copolymer and amide of methacrylic acid in mixes of organic solvents, a luminescent pigment with long afterglow - strontium-calciumvaluminum silicate, activated by europium and neodymium, if necessary an additional pigment - titanium dioxide or zirconium dioxide, filler - aerosil at the declared proportion of the components.
