<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate and rigid injection molded resin bevel gear for meeting the demands of precise instrument suppliers by scheming a gear structure. <P>SOLUTION: A rimmed portion 13 of a tooth part 5 has almost the same thickness along a tooth bottom 14 and almost the same thickness as a web 4. The radially outward end of the web 4 is connected to the side of an inner end 6a of the rimmed portion 13. A portion out of the rimmed portion 13, ranging from a tooth part connecting portion 12 of the web 4 close to the side of an outer end 6b, is connected to the outer peripheral face of a boss 3 with a plurality of first radial ribs 16. A portion out of the rimmed portion 13, ranging from the tooth part connecting portion of the web 4 close to a tooth-cross-direction central portion 10, is connected to the radially outward end of a second radial rib 20. The first and second radial ribs 16, 20 are formed thinner than the web 4 and the rimmed portion 13 so that the flow of molten resin is guided in priority from the web 4 to the tooth part 5 during injection molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
