<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which can effectively contribute to image processing technique to sufficiently suppress noise without blurring of image, for instance, pattern recognizing technique etc. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor is to judge similarity between first pixels and second pixels constituting an image by a test.
