PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor that has high motor performance while avoiding atmospheric pollution arising from the fixing of magnetic poles, that is highly reliable, and that is used in an atmosphere other than air. SOLUTION: In this brushless motor, permanent magnets can be fastened without using an adhesive which generates an outgas, by using a fixing annular members 24. The same motor performance and reliability is maintained as when the magnetic poles are fixed by an adhesive while avoiding the atmospheric pollution arising from the fixing of permanent magnets 22.
