PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker so highly reliable that an attaching portion of a diaphragm and an edge is hardly peeled, in which a stress applied on the attaching portion of the diaphragm and the edge becomes large. SOLUTION: The external edge portion of the diaphragm 15 is fixed to the inner edge portion of the edge 18 by using a fixing member 60 provided with a main body 61 superimposed on the inner edge portion of the edge 18 and a tip portion 62a molded like a flange on the outer edge portion 15 by allowing an intruding portion 62 to penetrate through the inner edge portion of the edge 18 and the outer edge portion of the diaphragm 15.
