PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide parking equipment which can prevent a breakage in a parked vehicle by making the descending motion of a swing arm surely stopped by a simple structure, when a leading end the swing arm is brought into contact with the parked vehicle. SOLUTION: A rotational mechanism 10 for rotating the swing arm comprises: a crank arm 20, the one end of which is connected to a shaft of the swing arm; an actuator 22 which is pivoted on the crank arm 20, which lifts/lowers a closing member by making a telescopic motion, and which makes a load of the swing arm applied in a contraction direction; a slider 31 which can slide almost in parallel with the direction of the telescopic motion of the actuator 22 by pivoting the actuator 22; an auxiliary spring 32 for urging the slider 31 in the expansion direction of the actuator 22; and a switch 33 for stopping the motion of the actuator 22 when the slider 31 slides by a predetermined amount in the contraction direction of the actuator 22.
