A cleaner having a water tank, using first and second stages is provided to increase convenience of a user and to save water by cleaning the floor with a sponge and a cotton floor cloth firstly and then cleaning the floor, using a towel secondly. A rubber ring(2A) is installed at a lower side of a pump member(2) of a body(1). An iron rope(9) is inserted in a coil spring(5), tightened in a hole(2B), withdrawn from an adjusting hole(6A), and tightened below an operating device(6). Water is discharged through rods(3) and water spraying parts(4). A funnel(13) and a handle are formed at an upper end of a pipe rod(11). Water is flowed through a water hole(1A). A water tank(8) is installed at a rear side of a lower part of the pipe rod. Water holes(8A) are formed at the upper ends of the water tank. A first stage(7) consists of a fixed floor cloth scrubber, a sponge, and a cotton floor cloth. A second stage consists of a fixed floor cloth scrubber, a sponge, and a thick cloth.
