PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising seedling pot designed so as to inhibit roots from extending through holes formed at the bottom wall of the pot so as to easily take out seedlings from a storage space. SOLUTION: The raising seedling pot is provided with leg parts 7 extending to the side of a placing surface S from the bottom wall 3, and therefore a gap is formed between the bottom wall holes made on the bottom wall 3 in a mesh state and the placing surface S when the leg parts 7 are disposed at the placing surface S. The roots have such nature as to extend for seeking water but hardly extend to parts coming in contact to the air, and thereby the roots of the seedlings are inhibited from extending toward soil D through the bottom wall holes even if water is left in the soil D when the raising seedling pot 1 is placed on the soil D.
