<p>[PROBLEMS] A structure for a sole whose front foot portion is weight-lightened to limit excessive bending, improving running efficiency. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The shoe sole has a mid sole (2) for cushioning a landing impact, an outer sole (1) placed under the mid sole (2) and coming into contact with the ground, and a strengthening element (3) for limiting bending of the front foot portion (Ff) in kick. The strengthening element (3) forms a loop by constructing an integrated resin part by an inner strengthening section (34) extending in the front-rear direction (L) along the inner side (IN) of the front foot section, an outer strengthening section (33) extending in the front-rear direction along the outer side of the front foot section (Ff), a connection strengthening section (37) for connecting and strengthening between the inner and outer strengthening sections (33, 34), and a connection section (38) for connecting, at a position behind the connection strengthening section (37), the inner strengthening section (34) and the outer strengthening section (33).</p> |
