PURPOSE: An electric line coupling device is provided to effectively deal with dielectric breakdown by easily and electrically connecting the end part of electric lines in spite of not taking off the coating of the end part of electric lines. CONSTITUTION: A block type coupling body(10) comprises an electric line insertion holes(11L) and a protrusion(13) in which piercing holes(14L,14R) are punched on both sides. A cover(20) is combined with the protrusion and comprises a connecting pin(50). The connecting pin comprises auger type both side end points(51a,51b). Elastic hanging hooks(30L,30R) prevent the secession of cover.
