The arrangement (1) has a reservation box (4) implanted in a ground. A terminal body is movably mounted between a retracted position and an exposed position. A shock detecting device (2) detects shocks when the terminal body is exposed or during displacement of the terminal body between the exposed position and the retracted position, where the shocks are produced by a vehicle hitting the terminal body of a terminal (6). The shock detecting device includes a vibration detector, and assembled on the box of the terminal. An independent claim is also included for a system comprising a retractable terminal arrangement.
