Disclosed is a compound of formula (1), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer, tautomer, solvate, or isotopic variant thereof, wherein the ketone group is attached in the meta or para position, R1 and R2 are each H or C1-C4alkyl, n is 0, 1, or 2, and wherein Q1 is as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is the use of the compound to treat diseases in which the beta 2 receptor is involved. Also disclosed is a process for preparing the compound.
