Disclosed is a compound of formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein 'het' is a bicyclic amine selected from the groups a) to h), and where the other substituents are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is a method of making compounds of formula I, and their use in treating psychoses, pain, neurodegenerative dysfunction in memory and learning, schizophrenia, dementia and other diseases in which cognitive processes are impaired, such as attention deficit disorders or Alzheimer's disease.
