PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect a solar cell in a low cost by using hardening filler with a light of a specific wave and an electronic beam. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric transformation layer(100) created electricity from incoming light. The solar cell comprises a first electrode(110a) and a second electrode(110b). The first electrode and the second electrode flow the current to outside on a photoelectric transformation layer. A filler(120) covers the whole or a part of the solar cell. The filler protects the solar cell from any external impacts or moisture. The filler comprises a radical and polymer. |
